Job summary

Lovell is seeking a confident Resident Liaison Officer to support social housing refurbishment projects. You will be the main link between residents, the project team and clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the works programme.

You will manage the customer journey from pre-start visits to complaint resolution, maintain CRM records, support project administration and help deliver community engagement and resident events.

• Highly organized with a proactive approach.
• Experience with CRM systems and project administration.
