Job summary

Construction Resources in Leeds is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to support refurbishment and decarbonisation projects. You will act as the primary contact for residents, coordinating with site teams and the client to ensure a smooth journey from start to finish.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining open lines of communication, and organising appointments while safeguarding GDPR-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within housing or construction.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and record keeping.
• Solid understanding of health and safety in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact between residents, site teams and client for refurbishment works.
• Keep residents informed before, during and after works to minimise disruption.
• Coordinate appointments, access for operatives and resident visits.
• Develop strong relationships and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Prepare information packs and maintain GDPR-compliant records.
• Support community engagement and social value activities.
