Job summary

Retirement Villages Group (RVG) invites applications for a Resident Liaison Co-ordinator at Avonpark Retirement Village in Winsley, Bath. The role is pivotal in supporting residents during development works, acting as the main point of contact between residents, contractors and village management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents regarding development and construction activity.
• Keep residents informed through updates, meetings, newsletters and communications.
• Coordinate responses to resident queries and follow actions through to resolution.
• Attend project meetings and represent the resident perspective where appropriate.
• Maintain positive relationships with local organisations, businesses and community groups.
