Job summary

Equans in Leeds is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to maintain effective communication between residents and the project team during construction, regeneration or maintenance works. You will inform residents, address concerns and help ensure a smooth customer journey.

You will develop relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors and local stakeholders, organise consultation events, and support access arrangements to enable works at homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and resident liaison in construction or social housing is preferred.
• Clear communication with residents and stakeholders is essential.
• Familiarity with GDPR regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to residents before, during and after works to ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage the customer/resident journey following client and Equans procedures.
• Develop relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors and local stakeholders.
• Organise and participate in consultation events and resident inductions.
