Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Resident Engineer to service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and related MHE at a key customer site in Stafford.

The role is full-time with 40 or 45 hour weeks, with full training, a company pension, tools provided and ongoing machinery-specific training.

Essential requirements include hands-on maintenance experience, a recognised engineering qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Have hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other MHE to ensure minimal downtime.
• Deliver excellent on-site service and support at the customer site.

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (40 Hours) or £36,000 - £42,500 (45 Hours)

Shift: Monday to Friday - 40 Hour or 45 Hour Week available

Job Role

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, based full-time at a key customer site. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery.
