Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Resident Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, based full-time at a key customer site in the UK. You will service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other material handling equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and top-class service delivery.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with full training, a company pension, and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on servicing or maintenance experience.
• Maintenance experience of forklift trucks, mobile plant or industrial vehicles.
• Desirable: Full UK driving license; Level 3 engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and other MHE to minimise downtime.
• Based full-time at a key customer site and ensure excellent service delivery.

Essential requirements of Resident Engineer

• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Have hands-on experience in the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.

Desirable Requirements of Resident Engineer

• Full UK Driving License
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.
