CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to support a renewables project in Inverness. The role focuses on informing, supporting and engaging residents before, during and after works, building strong relationships, handling queries and coordinating with project teams.

Based in Inverness with regular travel across the north of Scotland, the post requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to minimise disruption and ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Act as the principal contact for residents throughout the lifecycle of works.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely information regarding planned works and milestones.
• Build positive relationships with residents and maintain trust.
• Identify resident concerns early and ensure appropriate action.
• Communicate changes to programmes or activities promptly.
• Ensure residents understand what to expect before, during and after works.
• Undertake regular visits to properties affected by project activities.
• Record and follow up resident queries and concerns through to resolution.
