A leading housing organization is seeking a Tenant Engagement Officer to support their Resident Engagement Strategy. We have a vacancy within the Housing Team to support our Tenant Engagement Group in developing and delivering our Resident Engagement Strategy. The post holder works closely with tenants to ensure they are treated with respect, the service is open and honest, tenant safety is prioritised, and we provide good quality homes and services.
We are seeking a passionate individual to facilitate meaningful engagement opportunities and support continuous improvement by organising tenant engagement activities. The role also involves assisting the Housing Insight and Improvement Senior Specialist in responding to new legislation and developing service improvement projects.
Salary range: £41,000 - £48,000 per annum.
