Job summary

Care UK is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen in a care setting. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operation, from menu design to resident dietary needs, while maintaining high standards of food quality and nutrition.

You will manage stock, costs and compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, while training and developing the catering team for ongoing excellence.
