Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking an Activity Care Assistant to join Beane River View, Hertford. You will provide compassionate person-centred care and support residents with respect to maintain independence.

We offer training from day one, opportunities to progress, a competitive salary with enhanced weekend/Bank Holiday pay, and a supportive workplace. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver engaging activities and social events for residents.
• Utilise resources and computer to plan and inform families on resident activities.
• Work with care team to tailor activities to residents' needs.
• Encourage residents to pursue hobbies and personal goals.
• Create a stimulating, safe and welcoming environment in the home.
• Support special events, celebrations and seasonal activities.
