Job summary

Quantum Care's Riverside Lodge Care Home in Rickmansworth is seeking a passionate Activity Care Assistant to lead a lively activity programme for residents. This full-time role (35 hours per week) combines creativity, empathy and practical organisation to help older people stay active and engaged.

You will deliver a varied timetable, build warm connections with residents and relatives, and use IT skills to create newsletters and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
