Quantum Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for Beane River View in Hertford. You will provide personal care, support residents with meals, hydration and daily activities, and promote independence in a warm, resident‑centered home.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; empathetic attitude and training provided.
• Induction training and ongoing development opportunities.
• Weekend, evening and Bank Holiday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting, plus meals and hydration.
• Support residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Follow individual personalised care plans.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
