Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited in Bourne is seeking an Activities Manager to lead engaging programmes for residents, working with an Activities Assistant. You will tailor activities by learning each resident's life history, hobbies and interests, and plan both group and individual sessions to meet diverse needs.

Shifts run 09:00–16:00 on a rolling three-on/three-off rota, averaging 24.5 hours per week. Induction, DBS, Blue Light Card funding, refer-a-friend bonus, uniform, and a free meal on

Qualifications

• Engage residents to identify activities based on life history, hobbies and interests.
• Plan and run group and individual activities seven days a week with the staff team.
• Welcome external organisations to expand community links and enrich programmes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to see what meaningful activities they would like to do, through learning about their life history, hobbies and interests.
• Encourage residents to take part in group and individual activities in the home and in the wider community, with the staff team, 7 days a week.
• Welcome and increase community links with organisations outside the home to work alongside us.
