Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll support the Home Manager with events and help residents socialise, drawing on positive energy and organisational skills.

This role requires experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning, and IT skills, plus a warm, kind approach. Right to work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight Residents.
• Help Home Manager organise fundraising events.
