Springcare is seeking a compassionate Activities Coordinator to help create a stimulating environment for residents in our care homes. You will contribute to the wellbeing and enjoyment of residents by organising activities and coordinating community events in partnership with external groups.

The role offers flexible working patterns across mornings, afternoons, and evenings with 7-day coverage as required. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
• Full training provided

Responsibilities

• Organising personalised activities for residents
• Contacting and working with third parties to arrange events and transport
• Managing activities and accompanying residents on outings
• Attending meetings and updating communications (social media, newsletters, noticeboards)
• Completing documents and updating records
