SPRINGCARE LTD is seeking an Activities Coordinator to organise personalised activities for residents, liaise with third parties for events and transport, and manage and accompany residents on outings. You will also attend meetings and help update social media, newsletters, and noticeboards with photos and information.

The role requires two references and a DBS check where applicable, plus evidence of the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Two written references required.
• DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check may be required depending on role.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organising personalised activities for residents.
• Contacting and working with third parties to arrange events and transport.
• Managing activities that have been organised.
• Accompanying residents on outings.
• Attending meetings.
• Updating social media, newsletters and noticeboards with photos and information.
• Completing documents and updating records.
