Job summary

Springcare Ltd. is seeking a kind and compassionate Activities Coordinator to enrich our residents' lives and wellbeing. You will plan personalised activities, coordinate with third parties for events, accompany outings, and help maintain records and communications across homes.

We offer flexible working patterns across mornings, afternoons and some evenings, full training, and access to a pension scheme. Experience is beneficial but not required, with two references and right to work in the UK

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment is beneficial.
• Two written references required.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Organise personalised activities for residents.
• Coordinate with third parties for events and transport.
• Manage and oversee scheduled activities.
• Accompany residents on outings.
• Attend meetings and update records.
• Update social media, newsletters and noticeboards with photos.
