Victoria Gardens Care Home is a 25-bed care home in Tile Hill, near Coventry. The Activities Coordinator will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and 1:1 activities, tailored to individual interests and care needs, promoting wellbeing, independence and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Creative and organised; strong communication skills.
• Experience in activities or related roles is advantageous.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities for older adults.
• Genuine interest in supporting older people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, meaningful activities tailored to individual interests and care needs.
• Plan and run group and 1:1 activities to promote wellbeing and social interaction.
• Build strong relationships with residents to understand preferences and enable inclusive participation (including those with dementia).
• Contribute to a positive, stimulating environment and support training as needed.
