Qualifications

• Expertise in Regulation, Civil Engineering, Law or similar relevant subject to Reservoir Regulation.
• Strategic leadership with experience translating strategy into operational delivery.
• Track record of driving high performance and fostering psychological safety.
• Influential collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive stakeholder management to build trust and collaboration.
• Set strategic priorities aligned to EA Regulatory strategy and drive delivery.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement to adapt to changing needs.
• Create a culture of psychological safety enabling confident decision making and innovation.
• Manage complex, fast-paced multi-agency risks to uphold public safety.
• Provide senior input for Reservoir Safety Reform Programme and related work.
