Responsibilities

• Ensure reservations are dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Be fully conversant with hotel facilities, services and promotions to maximise hotel sales.
• Provide hospitable service to the standards laid down in the Standards Training Manual.
• Maintain filing and filing system.
• Communicate with reception at all times and assist where necessary.
• Run reports connected with rooms as laid down in the Reservations Manual and distribute to management.
