What will I be doing?

As Reservations Supervisor, you oversee all Individual Reservations, ensuring routine procedures maximize revenue and Guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Groups, Conference and Events Team to develop future and repeat business opportunities. Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department
• Manage telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Understand seasonal and historical trends to ensure maximum occupancy and room rates
• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue
• Produce quotations and written confirmations for clients
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to ensure future business
• Ensure bookings are guaranteed, apply no-show and late cancellation charges appropriately, and follow Reservations policies to ensure Guest satisfaction
