MCR Property Group Ltd is seeking a Reservationist for The Kensington Collection & SafeStay Holland Park in London. The role focuses on maximizing accommodation revenue across properties, handling reservations across channels, and delivering excellent guest service.

You'll work with Front Office, Revenue Manager and Sales teams to ensure booking accuracy, achieve occupancy targets, and maintain GDPR-compliant guest records. A permanent, full-time position with 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel reservations.
• Experience using a hotel PMS.
• Experience working with OTAs.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage reservations via telephone, email and online channels.
• Process bookings accurately within response times.
• Upsell room categories and services.
• Monitor arrivals, departures and availability daily.
• Maintain reservation records and deposits.
• Ensure rate parity across channels.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Revenue Manager.
