RAD Hotel Group in Scotland is seeking a Reservations Assistant to join our Head Office team in Cumnock. You will manage bookings from enquiry to confirmation, use sales-focused communication to maximise room revenue, and ensure a smooth guest journey across multiple venues.

We value a warm telephone manner, strong customer service, and the ability to work well within a busy team. Hospitality or reservations experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Use communication and sales skills to maximise room sales and additional revenue opportunities.
• Provide hotels and colleagues with accurate and relevant guest information to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure all bookings are recorded accurately and efficiently.
• Handling guest enquiries professionally and confidently by telephone and other communication channels.
• Support the wider team with general administration and ensuring our reservations process remains accurate, efficient and effective.
• Build positive relationships with guests, potential guests and colleagues across the group.
