Job Title: Reservations Sales Manager

Our client is an iconic independent restaurant and event venue offering exquisite food across two successful venues. The group is well-established in London and plans to expand its portfolio in the coming years. The successful Reservations Sales Manager can expect to be part of a stable and thriving operation!

Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday shifts
  • Starting salary of £50,000 per annum + bonus + commission
  • Bonuses paid twice per year
  • Uncapped 3% to 7% commission on sales
  • Located in Victoria, easily accessible from most London areas
  • Stable team and operation
Responsibilities:
  • Represent the restaurant/venue proudly
  • Support and train reservation team members
  • Motivate and organize the team
  • Manage third-party enquiries
  • Handle reservation and event reports
  • Oversee Private Dining & Membership management
  • Develop sales revenue proactively and reactively
Requirements:
  • Natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with reservation systems like Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins, or similar
  • Guest-focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and results-driven in handling reservations and events
  • Ability to develop organic leads proactively
  • Willingness to host events as needed
