Job Title: Head of Reservations, Sales and Events

Our client is an iconic independent restaurant and event venue offering exquisite food across two successful venues. The group is well-established in London and plans to expand their portfolio in the coming years. The successful candidate will be part of a stable and successful operation.

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday shifts
  • Starting salary of £50,000 per annum + bonus + commission
  • Bonus incentives twice per year
  • 3% to 7% commission on organic sales – uncapped
  • Based in Victoria, London – easy commute
  • Stable team and operation

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the restaurant/venue proudly
  • Support and train reservation agents for smooth call handling
  • Motivate and organize the team
  • Manage third-party enquiries
  • Manage reservation and event reports
  • Oversee Private Dining & Membership Manager
  • Develop sales revenue proactively/reactively

Requirements:

  • Hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with reservation systems like Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins, etc.
  • Guest-focused team player with attention to detail
  • Result-driven, proactive in handling enquiries
  • Ability to develop leads proactively
  • Assist with hosting events when needed
