Your Role

Working in Opera, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest needs and room requirements are recorded. You will have a natural affinity for our unique brand and hospitality and will be able to connect instantly with our guests over the phone or via other channels to understand and accurately capture their requests. You will provide information on our rooms, restaurant and bars, and group bookings to identify future selling opportunities. Your goal is to create a unique experience where you will delight our guests and also excite and surprise them to create the ultimate guest experience in London, that is anything but Standard!
