What’s involved?

As Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for managing room inventories, allocations, and F&B systems to ensure optimal revenue conversion for the business. You’ll prepare weekly arrival meetings, ensure all requests are handled accurately, monitor market segments, and train and mentor a small team. Proven understanding of STRs, pricing strategies, driving market share, and working with OTAs is essential.

Ideally, you need a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservations Manager from a 5-star or luxury hotel, with excellent organizational skills and a good command of the English language.
