We're Hiring: Reservations Manager - Airport Hotel ️

Are you a people person with a knack for organisation? We’re looking for a Reservations Manager to join our busy airport hotel team! You'll be the friendly face (and voice) behind our bookings - making sure guests have a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they call or click.

What you'll do:

• Manage room reservations and group bookings
• Work closely with the front desk, sales, food & beverage, and housekeeping teams
• Keep systems up-to-date and running smoothly
• Help guests with special requests and ensure top-notch service

What we're looking for:

• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Experience in hotel reservations or front office (preferred)
• Comfortable with booking systems and juggling priorities
• Accor systems experience will be a plus
• A positive, can-do attitude
