Job summary

Eclipse Hotels Group is seeking a Reservations & Events Coordinator based at Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre to support the Revenue, Reservations & Events Manager across a few properties within the group.

You will handle individual and group bedroom bookings and meetings/events enquiries from initial contact to final details, ensuring smooth delivery and acting as a brand ambassador for True Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in meetings and events bookings from enquiry to final details.
• Hands-on role handling enquiries and delivering seamless events.
• Experience in a branded hotel is a bonus.
• Strong communication and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bedroom and events bookings are entered into the system and function sheets produced.
• Support daily tasks within a small team while aligning with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Cluster Revenue Manager, General Managers and Cluster Sales Manager to maximise revenue.
• Continue to support relationships with third-party booking agents.
• Maintain attention to detail to deliver seamless conferences and events.
• Be proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable and able to motivate the team.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
