Role Description

We seek a dedicated Reservation Coordinator for our London office. This full-time, on-site position is vital in providing our clients with optimal temporary housing solutions.

You will collaborate with international clients to understand their housing needs and coordinate with various temporary housing partners across the EMEA region to secure suitable accommodations. Your role involves managing stakeholder relationships to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their housing requirements.
  • Coordinate with housing partners to book accommodations that meet client needs.
  • Resolve issues promptly during the booking process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
