Job summary

Evolv Collection in London is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle day-to-day bookings across multiple sites, via phone or email, with a warm, professional approach.

You will work in a busy support office in Farringdon, with open hours 9am–9pm, 7 days a week, and report to the Reservation Manager while contributing to a collaborative team of five.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Clear, friendly telephone communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reservation bookings and enquiries by phone or email.
• Process accurate and timely confirmations for bookings.
• Promote the concept and services to enquirers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Managing day to day reservation bookings and enquiries for multiple sites via phone or email.
• Processing accurate and timely confirmations.
• Positively marketing our concept to those that enquire.
• The reservations office is open from 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.
• You will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager.

Skills and attributes:

• Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable.
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential.
• Knowledge of OpenTable is a plus, though training will be provided for successful candidates.
