Job summary

The Evolv Collection Reservations is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our support office in London. You will handle day-to-day bookings, confirmations, and enquiries via phone or email, promoting our concept to guests.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, excellent English, and a friendly telephone manner; training for OpenTable is provided. The role operates 9am–9pm, 7 days a week, in a collaborative team of five.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Friendly and personable telephone manner.
• Knowledge of OpenTable is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reservation bookings and enquiries via phone or email.
• Process confirmations accurately and promptly.
• Positively marketing our concept to those that enquire.
• The reservations office is open from 9am – 9pm, 7 days a week, your working hours will fall between these times.
• You will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager.

• You will be working within a team of 5 and you will be responding to our Reservation Manager.

Skills and attributes:

• Previous experience working within the hospitality industry is desirable.
• A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• A friendly and personable telephone manner is essential.
• Knowledge of OpenTable is a plus, though training will be provided for successful candidates.
