Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an analytical Reservation Product Operations professional to own processing and auditing of product transactions. You will handle cancellations, purchases, migrations, and modifications while meeting SLAs, work with data in Excel/BI tools, and escalate issues as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration within the Reservation Product team.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in business/accounting or related field.
• Experience in business analysis with quantitative and organizational skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit Reservation Product transactions per guidelines.
• Serve as escalation point for Reservation Product requests and issues.
• Investigate data discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Communicate effectively across channels to ensure process transparency.
• Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and BI tools.
