Job summary

AMS is recruiting for multiple Customer Services and Operations Analysts on a contract basis until June 2027, open to candidates in Manchester or Edinburgh with remote working options. You will support audit-related requests, review customer accounts, and help with third-party confirmations while adhering to SOPs and delivering high-quality service for internal and external customers.

Attention to detail with accuracy.
Ability to follow defined SOPs and procedures.
Comfortable reviewing and interpreting customer account information.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook; exposure to Confirmation.com is desirable.

Responsibilities

Process and manage audit-related requests within defined timelines.
Review customer accounts and relevant information for accuracy.
Process third-party confirmations through Confirmation.com where required.
Follow SOPs and operational processes to maintain quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with the team and participate in daily huddles to support day-to-day operations.
