The Role

Due to growth, we are seeking a dedicated graduate to join our Portsmouth office, providing market insights and support for high-profile search mandates within the Health and Care sector. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Search team with research on live mandates and market mapping
• Tracking progress and maintaining a database of talent pools
• Providing reports to stakeholders
• Engaging proactively with prospective candidates using head-hunting techniques
• Managing candidate engagement and relationships after initial screening
• Producing shortlists and candidate profiles with partners
• Expanding market knowledge through events and literature
