About the role

As our Research & Content Strategist, you'll bridge rigorous research and creative storytelling to shape the foundation of our content strategy. You'll dive deep into disciplines like science, philosophy, and literature to uncover insights that inspire and inform our audio content.

You'll work closely with our audio producer and broader team to curate a compelling content calendar, identify engaging speakers, and ensure every piece of content resonates with our audience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and iterating on Rokk's long-term content strategy and research framework
  • Conducting research across fields like psychology, science, and philosophy to inform our content
  • Building relationships with experts and institutions to supplement internal research
  • Speaker identification, relationship management and some session scripting
  • Analysing listener data to gain insights and optimize content
  • Experimenting with episode formats, lengths, and guest appearances to enhance engagement
  • Depending on your skillset, contributing as a regular voice on our audio content

Given the nature of our product & the company stage, this is a hybrid role with the team working from our central Soho office three days a week. Lunch is on us!
