Job summary

VoltR2R in London is seeking a Senior Associate to lead executive-search outreach, candidate mapping and shortlisting for clients across asset management and related markets. You will build strong relationships with candidates and clients, conducting proactive outreach and market mapping while coordinating interview processes.

The role emphasizes a confident, proactive, and high-EQ approach, with hybrid work from central London offices and potential for rewarding earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search or quality contingent background.
• Strong track record of sourcing and referencing calls.
• Ability to meet candidates face-to-face and build relationships.
• Experience handling high-volume activity and multi-tasking.
• Knowledge of private markets asset raising or asset management is a plus.

Who we would like to hear from...

Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up. Ideally knowledge of either private markets asset raising or asset management spaces.

As a Senior Associate you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like...We need a strong track-record of making successful sourcing and referencing calls, networking and confidence to meet candidates face-to-face to build strong relationships

• Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists.
• Able to handle volume and multi-task.
• Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building products.
• Ability to handle candidates through the early stage of a clients interview process.
• Ability to present candidate to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice.
• EQ and ability to communicate across multi-cultural teams
