We are seeking a chemistry researcher to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This position is remote and can be full-time or part-time. You will have the flexibility to choose projects and work on your schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, paid via PayPal, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
