We are seeking a chemistry expert to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications include:

• Expertise in chemistry with a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD preferred but not required.
• Related fields such as Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, or Process Development Chemist are also relevant.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position where you can choose projects and work on your schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
