We are seeking a chemistry researcher to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Related fields include, but are not limited to, Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position with flexible scheduling. You can choose projects to work on and set your own schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented and proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
