Job summary

CARE International UK is seeking a Senior Research and Learning Advisor to shape how learning is generated, applied and shared to strengthen programme impact. You will lead applied research across teams and partners and translate findings into practical improvements for women and girls in challenging contexts.

You will work with programme, policy, advocacy, fundraising and communications colleagues, embedding evidence-informed decision making and building trusted relationships across cultures

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering applied research, evaluations or evidence initiatives.
• Ability to mix methods to build compelling evidence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven collaboration across teams, partners and cultures.
