Job summary

Smallwood Trust is seeking a Head of Impact and Learning to report to the Chief Executive and join the senior management team. The role focuses on evaluating progress, sharing learning across funding portfolios, and leading co-production activities with delivery partners.

The role will explore scalable programme models to reduce gendered poverty and drive strategic impact. Flexible working is offered with regular in-person meetings; contract is permanent, with part-time or full-time options

Qualifications

• Committed to ending gendered poverty and shifting power, with knowledge of grant-making.
• Experience evaluating impact and learning across a funding portfolio.
• Knowledge of co-production and working with delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate progress of the Trust's strategy and share learning across the portfolio and with external partners.
• Lead co-production activities and provide Funder Plus practical support to grant-holders.
• Identify scalable programme models to reduce gendered poverty.
