UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking a publications and research administration professional to manage publication processes, support researchers with submissions, and maintain governance data. You will coordinate PhD projects, handle student-related financials, and deliver user training for information systems.

Play a key role in supporting UKAEA’s research community by helping to manage publications, research reporting activities, and PhD studentship programmes. Your work will help ensure research outputs are effectively governed, accessible, and compliant with relevant requirements, supporting the advancement of fusion energy research. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse range of research support activities, from publications and data systems to student engagement and event delivery.
UKAEA is an onsite organisation, and this role requires regular onsite presence (usually between 3-5 days in any given week) in line with business needs. We actively support flexible working arrangements where this is compatible with the role.
