The Research and Development department at NNUH is growing and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Data Administrator to join a supportive and dynamic team to help us develop our service.
The role of the Research Data Administrator can at times be demanding so we are looking for someone who is confident, has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and good at multi-tasking with experience of reporting.
The main purpose of the role is to support the R&D team with a high level of accuracy around data reporting. This will involve data input, resolving data queries, verifying source data and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, XLOOK UP, Pivot tables), excellent communication skills and experience of reporting.

You will be required to provide both administrative and data support for all research activity within the Research Operations Office based at NNUH, being responsible for ensuring that data related to research activity is recorded, monitored, maintained, and reported to ensure data quality and accuracy in compliance with the UK Policy Framework for Health & Social Care.
You will support the maintenance and development of existing reporting systems and assist in adoption and integration of new reporting and processing systems.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
