Job summary

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is seeking a Research Coordinator to support SHNRI projects funded by the Skills Development Fund. The role focuses on translating clinical requirements into VSP cases and AI-driven workflows, managing datasets, and ensuring data quality for reporting.

The coordinator will design and implement AI-enabled workflows to standardize case development and reporting, coordinating with clinical, education, research, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in science, health, or medical field.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare, public health, or education.
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced project management, problem solving, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge in healthcare, medical education, and clinical domains.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools (Claude/Gemini/ChatGPT).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across engineering, business development, sales, and product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate VSP cases, rubrics, and project materials with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate VSP activities with institutional partners.
• Translate requirements into research and educational deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, approvals, and implementation tasks.
• Generate measurable research outputs including case development and publications.
• Oversee data collection, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting of project metrics.
• Maintain centralized repositories of datasets and documentation.
• Support Ministry/SDF reporting and evaluation activities.
