Job summary

The Rosalind Franklin Institute in the UK is seeking a Research Associate for mapping maternal care pathways and advancing SADIE in NHS workflows. You will design and conduct stakeholder interviews across NHS care pathways, document pain points, and analyse results to identify opportunities for clinical integration.

Qualifications

• PhD/DPhil (or equivalent) required; candidates who have submitted their thesis may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct interviews with NHS stakeholders across the care pathway.
• Identify and document pain points in maternity care.
• Analyse interview data to identify opportunities and embedding SADIE in NHS workflows.
• Generate user requirement documentation to shape SADIE development.
• Plan, conduct and supervise research outputs (reports, patents, presentations).
• Contribute to wider projects and support supervision of students or visitors.
• Collaborate with researchers and communicate findings within a research context.
