Applications are invited for the role of Research Associate in Health Inequalities. The University of Manchester has established Healthier Futures, a new research platform, as a strategic response to health inequalities. The platform aims to:
The successful candidate will be a postdoctoral researcher interested in health inequalities, with skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods. Responsibilities include mapping existing evidence on policies aimed at reducing health disparities, conducting evidence synthesis, developing research proposals, and drafting protocols and publications.
The appointee will work under Professor Dame Nicky Cullum and be based in the Division of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work, School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. This is a full-time, office-based position on Oxford Road, Manchester.
