With multiple offices across the UK and internationally, they combine deep sector expertise with data-driven insight to support client hiring strategy and expansion.

My client is recruiting a Research Associate to support research, market intelligence and AI-driven projects across the executive search firm. The successful candidate will be analytical, organised and naturally curious - someone who enjoys working with information, spotting patterns and building insight while supporting the search and business development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and leadership intelligence research across consumer goods and related sectors
