Job Description
Hours: Part-time (21 hours per week) – including Wednesdays.
Location: Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and remote work). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).
Contract type: Fixed-term, 15 months.

What you’ll do
You will support the delivery of the Linking Loss project by recruiting participants, conducting qualitative interviews, liaising with NHS services, managing data per GDPR and ethical guidelines, and ensuring adherence to protocols. You will work under supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including experts with lived experience.
What you’ll bring
We seek candidates with a background in psychology or a related field, experience in clinical or qualitative research with parents and children, and a strong understanding of research ethics and confidentiality.
You should be self-motivated, organized, committed to reflective action and equity, and ideally from marginalized communities or with lived experience of mental health difficulties following early loss.
