Q5 Internship Opportunity in London

Q5 is looking for graduates to join our team in London for an 8-week internship between September and December 2025.

The Role

This internship is designed to introduce undergraduates to our business and the three key areas we focus on: practice management, business development, and project delivery. You will learn how a consultancy operates, the skills and behaviors expected of a consultant, and our methodologies and delivery styles. Each Research Analyst will have a dedicated mentor to guide and review progress.

Main Objectives

• Introduction to Business Development, including pipeline principles, proposals, and client presentations
• Business presentation and research skills
• Introduction to Organisation Design: principles and methodology
• Business writing and analysis
• Introduction to Organisation Development: principles and methodology

Example Activities

• Assist Partners with research projects
• Help Consultants develop new presentation tools
• Assist in preparing and customizing workshop materials, client toolkits, and templates
• Observe session preparation and delivery
• Assist in creating client deliverables
